As soon as I cleared one area out, a lone citizen had sneaked off somewhere and built a whole new village. It seems to me that it never ran out of any resources- there was always plenty to build as many structures as it wanted. The AI never harvested food from the patches, but it still cranked out citizens like the national pastime. My idea was to deny it resources and slow the growth of its empire, so I built a tower right between its twin pumpkin patches. Multiplayer notice: The game's official multiplayer servers have been taken offline and the only multiplayer option available is LAN.The last game I played, I was very agressive and sent troops and citizens into the AI's area early on in the stone age.
